Audit requests and booking

When you submit an audit request, your name, business, email, website, business type, service area and stated business problem are sent through Cloudflare to Revoriq’s Google Workspace lead system. We save those details in a private Google Sheet, notify the founder and send you a confirmation email. We use them to respond to your inquiry, prepare the audit and manage the relationship. Booking uses Google Calendar and Google Meet; Google processes the booking information you provide. Submitting an audit request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention and your choices

We aim to remove unnecessary details from inactive audit inquiries after 90 days, unless an ongoing relationship or legal duty requires retention. Contact hello@revoriq.ca to request access, correction or deletion.

Analytics and hosting

Cloudflare processes technical request information to serve and secure the site. Optional Google Analytics, when enabled and accepted, measures page visits, audit button clicks, form starts, successful submissions and confirmed call bookings. We do not send names, emails, business details or form answers to Analytics. Booking conversion matching uses the private lead sheet and calendar; Analytics receives a pseudonymous identifier only for visitors who accepted analytics. No advertising pixels are installed. You may clear this site’s stored analytics preference to choose again.
